Residential and Office building featuring 89 residential units is located just off the Kvaternik square in Zagreb. By the outlines of its characteristic railings and the rhythm of outside barriers, the building defines the urban stretch towards Banjavčićeva street.

Besides the residential units, the building also contains office and commercial spaces on the ground floor, as well as a two story underground garage with a dual purpose shelter. The building was executed as a corner building, situated next to a future intersection, and maximally utilised the spatial planning features of the site.
